A bikini advert has gone viral after thousands of people mocked its very revealing design – prompting one blogger to recreate it in a hilarious way.
Beginning Boutique shared a picture of a model in its ‘Red hot swim’ on its Facebook and Instagram pages, and within minutes people began making jokes about its very high rise design.
It’s the pants people have taken issue with, with women saying they’ve “had less intrusive smear tests”.
The post has 155,000 comments and has been shared more than 35,000 times and the comments are hilarious – yet most of their messages are far too rude for us to publish.
People are saying “real” women would have to be very daring to brave wearing them in public. One woman wrote: “She’s one sneeze away from disaster.”
Another added: “Does she not have a vagina? Is this what it means to be “gender Neutral”.
Someone else joked: “Be cheaper to put your hand there and it’d cover more.”
Many said how unpractical they are, with one woman joking: “Imagine going down the water slides in this bad boy. It would be Like a guillotine cutting you in two.”
The majority of the comments are from women, and many question why clothes for ladies have been marketed at men. Hundreds of women also discuss how “impossible” they would be to wear for anyone who has had a baby to wear.
One woman wrote: “I’m crying. But seriously, imagine wearing this now we’ve had children, would be like tying string around a plucked chicken breast.”
Another said: “I would look like I’m trying to conceal a hedgehog with a skinny fit tie. Imagine that front wedgy.”
A mummy blogger has now added to the hilarity by recreating the brand’s model shoot, to show how ridiculous the pants are.
Blogger Laura, who posts under Knee Deep in Life, was forced to use emojis to cover up her modesty after braving the tiny £22 Heron bottoms.
Laura, who is known for sharing silly snaps and videos online, attempted her best ‘Blue Steel’ after her followers requested she buy the odd bikini and review it for them.

Instead of splashing the cash on the pricey item, she decided to make her own version – using a superhero belt and one of her children’s tops.
Her hilarious post quickly went viral, amassing over 25,000 likes, 18,000 comments and over 5,000 shares on Facebook.
Many people admitted that they had laughed so much at her photo, they’d ended up peeing themselves.
